Product Warranty

Gemini is committed to ensure that its customers get the highest quality products with the most latest specs available in the industry. Company’s service centres offer after sales support through their trained engineers and technicians having basic infrastructure, spare parts and tools with service hubs at Singapore, India and Malaysia.
 

Service Warranty Policy

Gemini offers limited warranty for the products purchased from Gemini or Gemini’s Distributor or any other authorised partners/resellers and ensures the product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and as working under normal use.

Proof of the purchase such as invoice is to be produced. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to neglect , in-correct application, misuse or opened for repairs with broken or missing warranty seal or sticker.

Terms

All products purchased carry One year Off Site warranty and to be brought back to the company’s service centre location.( Back to bench)

Warranty is valid only if the product warranty sticker in not tampered or removed.

Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser .

Burnt or rusted products exposed to moisture are not entertained for warranty support.

Company shall make its best efforts to repair and bring it back to the working condition within stipulated time of seven days but shall not be liable for any loss to the user due to delay for the reasons beyond company’s control.

Defective products must accompany a report indicating the nature of defect or problem. An end customer or user should bring in a proof of purchase for service support. In absence of that it’s the sole discretion of the company to comply with the service.

Proper documents must accompany the defective products and should be packed and sealed in proper packing to avoid damages in the transit. Broken parts would be returned back unless the party agrees to pay the cost demanded by the service centre for the broken parts.

Defective parts  shall be received in person or on freight as Pre-paid basis. The company shall bear the returning freight cost. In case of To- Pay basis the company has its discretion of not accepting the parts unless the sender agrees to pay freight paid in full before collection of the repaired parts.

While sending back for warranty and to ensure the prompt delivery, party must attatch proper Delivery Note and waybill etc.
